Yann Durieux Gevrey-Chambertin 2019

Yann Durieux Gevrey-Chambertin 2019 is a natural Pinot Noir from organically grown vines on clay-limestone soils. Although labelled Vin de France, the cuvée’s “GC” identity refers to its Gevrey-Chambertin origin and reflects Durieux’s uncompromising, minimal-intervention approach.

The wine shows a slightly cloudy ruby colour, with aromas of violet, cherry, strawberry, redcurrant, pepper and thyme. Fresh fruit and savoury detail are supported by a naturally textured palate and the structure expected from Gevrey-Chambertin Pinot Noir.
