The vineyards of this Chardonnay are found in the Casablanca Valley, a pleasant cool climate thanks to the coastal breezes of the Pacific Ocean. Soils come from an alluvial origin, franc-sandy texture, with good permeability.
Delicate aromas of apricots and almonds. Nice linear acidity that runs from the start to finish of the palate. A delicate saline character imparts a mouth watering sensation.
