Pierre Brisset Bourgogne Côte d’Or Pinot Noir is sourced from mature vines around Gevrey-Chambertin that fall outside the village appellation. It offers an accessible introduction to the maison’s precise, terroir-led style while retaining the savoury depth associated with the Côte de Nuits.

The 2021 is fresh and finely shaped, with red cherry, raspberry and subtle earthy spice. Supple tannins and lively acidity create a graceful, food-friendly Pinot Noir with good clarity and balance.
