Terres Blanches is an especially rich and aromatic expression of Sauvignon Blanc, bursting with aromas of wild flowers and ripe stone fruit. On the palate, the aromatic finish is perfectly balanced by a lively acidity.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested manually and sorted upon receipt at the winery, where we work by gravity in order to be as respectful as possible of the natural cycle of vinification. We lightly press the grapes and only keep the first part of the juice – the purest, most precise and full of flavour. The must are vinified using natural yeast in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. They are aged for 8 months on fine lees, filtered and then bottled.
