Domaine Anne Gros & Jean-Paul Tollot La Cinso IGP Cotes Du Brian 2020
Volume: 750ml
That’s the free expression of a Languedoc main and forgotten grape variety, planted on sandstones and marls. Our 50 years old Cinsault talks about finesse, roundness and charm. It knows how to match discreetly with fishes and white meats as well as roasted red meats. A delicate wine.
An elegant, medium-bodied effort that has an almost Pinot Noir like sensibility to it delicate raspberry, strawberry and floral scented bouquet. Mediumbodied, seamless and forward, it’s a beautiful wine that’s ideal for drinking over the coming 3-4 years. This gains depth and length with time in the glass, and is downright pretty.
