PN AYC21 is Bollinger’s latest exploration of Pinot Noir, built around the 2021 harvest and the character of Aÿ. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir and enriched by reserve wines, it presents a generous, contemporary interpretation of the grape at the heart of the Bollinger style.
Golden in colour, it opens with mirabelle plum, quince and white flowers, followed by brioche, toasted almond and hazelnut. The palate is broad and opulent yet fresh, with fine bubbles and a persistent, savoury finish.
