Mongeard-Mugneret Fixin 2022 375ml

Fixin has a delicate colour and a firm structure in which tannins play a leading role, giving the wine robustness, acidity, solidity and substance. When young, it may show animal aromas reminiscent of pelt and musk; with time, it becomes broader and develops a more complex bouquet.

A classic, slow-developing Burgundy. It is generally ready after four to six years, although the finest vintages benefit from around eight years of cellaring.
