Samas is a white wine obtained from careful selections of Sardinian and French varietal grapes, vinified with cryogenic techniques in an environment protected from oxidation. The manual harvest is carried out at the first light of day to preserve the typical varietal notes of the grapes used.

They come from the AGRIPUNICA estate’s sandy and calcareous soils.

Bright straw yellow colour with slight greenish reflections, typical bouquet of tropical fruits and citrus notes with evident Mediterranean aromas, such as sage. Soft and balanced moderate alcohol flavour with delicious and fresh mineral notes. Do not store at too low of a temperature (15°-17°C) and serve at 12°-13°C maximum.

Pairs excellently with all fish, seafood and white meat dishes, and can be enjoyed as an aperitif.
